Tasty Tzatziki

I made this one day for lunch, and we really enjoyed it!

Tasty Tzatziki

You will need:
1 medium-sized cucumber
3 cloves garlic, diced
Around 1/8 of a cup chopped dried chives
4 teaspoons olive oil
About 5 teaspoons dill weed, fresh or dried
5 or 6 teaspoons lemon juice
3 cups plain Greek yogurt

1. Peel the cucumber, cut in half, and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds. Cut the cucumber into small chunks.
2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until use. Serve with pita chips and garnish with parsley.
